How do I sign up to use myADHDportal.com?
This ADHD web portal is part of a quality improvement program designed to help community-based physicians to improve their quality of ADHD care. Physicians can register to use the intervention by clicking here. If you are a patient who would like to tell, your child’s physician about this program, please send your child’s physician the following link: https://www.myadhdportal.com.

I’ve typed my email address into the “Forgot Your Username?” feature and I am not receiving an email with my username.
This is likely occurring either because your email address was entered incorrectly on the Forgot Your Username page OR because the email address was entered incorrectly into myADHDportal at the time of initial registration. We suggest you first try the Forgot Your Username feature again making sure that you type your email address correctly. Also be sure that you are using the same email account that you initially used to register yourself on the system. If these attempts do not work, it is likely that your email address on file at myADHDportal.com is incorrect. In order to correct this problem, you will need to email us at  with the following email text: “I have attempted to retrieve my username using the “Forgot Your Username” feature and this has not worked. Please send my username to the following email account: _____@_____. Name of child:____________ Child’s birthdate: __/___/___

I’ve tried typing in the activation code and I keep getting an error, how do I register?
Make sure that you are clicking “Create a New Account” on the right hand side of the homepage. You should not input your activation code in the username field. Also, please realize that the activation code is case sensitive; please be sure to type it in exactly as shown. If you received your activation code via email, you may want to copy and paste it into the form.

I’ve lost my activation code, how do I get a new one?
Click here. You will be asked to enter your email address and your activation code will be sent to your email account.

I’ve typed my email address into the “Lost Your Activation Code?” feature and I am not receiving an email with my Activation Code.
This is likely occurring either because your email address was entered incorrectly on the Lost Your Activation Code? page OR because the email address was either not entered or entered incorrectly when you were registered into myADHDportal. We suggest you first try the Lost Your Activation Code? feature again making sure that you type your email address correctly. Also be sure that you are using the same email account that your child’s physician (if parent) or your student’s parent (if teacher) used to register you on the system. If these attempts do not work, it is likely that your email address on file at myADHDportal.com is incorrect or was not entered. In order to correct this problem, you will need to email us at  with the following email text: “I have attempted to retrieve my activation code using the “Lost Your Activation Code” feature and this has not worked. Please send my activation code to the following email account: _____@_____. Name of child:____________ Child’s birthdate: __/___/___

I’m a parent and I would like for my account to be deleted from myadhdportal.com, how do I do this?
Your child’s physician is the only one who can delete your account. Please contact your child’s physician and ask him/her to remove your child’s account.

I’m a teacher and I would like to stop using myadhdportal.com, how do I do this?
A teacher can remove themselves from myadhdportal.com by following these three steps:

  1. Log onto myadhdportal.com using your username and password
  2. Find the child’s name on your list of students
  3. Click the delete icon to the right of that child’s name. Note that if you have multiple students in your account and you wish to stop using myadhdportal.com completely, you will need to delete all of the students in your account. Also, it is recommended that teachers let parents know that they have stopped using myadhdportal.com.
